Also I've managed to take some pictures up close cause I've got a concern that the surface of the concrete did not have enough time to set before the rains came.

Please have a quick look and provide some comments.

I've sent the administrators an email today requesting for them to come out and inspect it.

Footing Probe

Currently investigating what a footing probe is. Not much information the net regarding this.

Carnaby Home - Henley

Okay everyone,

My partner and I have chosen to build with Henly using their Carnaby design. We're building in the Cairnlea estate in Melbournes west and we're at the stage of our colour selection and final designs before tender.

I'll post on progress and add pictures as we go along...

So here's the story...

Our current sales consultant has been okay. I say current because our first sales consultant decided to quit and didn't tell us and we only found out when we arrived to pay the first deposit on the house which is Stage 1 in their books.

I had known then I probably would have gone to another Henley centre and asked someone else because the one we have now, I just didn't get a good vibe from him and my partner mentioned the same thing as well...

Anyway, I will be posting over the next 6 months...
